They will ensure care plans are up to date, accurate, and person-centred, and monitor the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents.
The successful candidate will maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards, conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
They will also liaise with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and inspectors, and ensure transparent and respectful communication at all times.
