Payroll Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations for 400+ employees across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain precise payroll records and submit statutory returns on time.
* Administer company pension schemes and calculate tax-related benefits.
* Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments for data integration and reporting.
* Prepare detailed payroll reports and analytics for management and finance teams.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in payroll processing, especially PAYE, PRSI, USC, NIC.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and payroll legislation.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
