The role involves managing governance, compliance, reporting, and collaboration with technology asset owners to meet regulatory and operational standards.Role ObjectivesLead planning, execution, and implementation of a multi-year Vulnerability and Patch program.Manage ServiceNow Security Operations module for governance and compliance.Coordinate with stakeholders across the Americas for vulnerabilities and patching activities.Analyze vulnerability data, govern assignments, and report on compliance to senior management.Create metrics such as KPIs and KRIs for vulnerability management.Maintain documentation and provide recommendations for remediation and mitigation.Manage end-to-end program delivery, including stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and monitoring.Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and foster collaboration across regions.Qualifications and SkillsKnowledge of security frameworks like FFIEC, NIST, CIS.Strong communication, analytical, and data handling skills.Experience with Jira/Confluence and SDLC processes.Facilitation skills and familiarity with Agile frameworks.Preferred: experience in financial services, ServiceNow Security Operations, PMP or PRINCE2 certification, and proficiency with ServiceNow SPM.Additional RequirementsCommitment to diversity and inclusion, hybrid work environment, and equal employment opportunity policies.
