Coffee Operations Manager
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth. You will oversee all aspects of our coffee operations, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the coffee operations
* Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
* Ensure rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety are upheld in compliance with regulatory requirements
