Site Manager | High-Profile Construction Projects | Dublin and Kildare
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take ownership of major construction projects with a leading delivery team?
We are partnering with a well-established and growing construction organisation delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial and mixed‑use developments. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an ambitious Site Manager to join their project delivery team.
The Opportunity
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving site operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing project programmes and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You'll play a key role in bringing complex projects from construction through to successful completion while leading teams on site and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day site operations from mobilisation through to handover
Drive health, safety, quality and environmental performance across the project
Manage subcontractors, site teams and project resources to achieve programme targets
Coordinate site logistics, traffic management, deliveries and site access arrangements
Ensure works are delivered to the highest quality standards with minimal rework
Monitor labour, plant, materials and site costs to maximise project performance
Work closely with project management, design and commercial teams to resolve issues and maintain progress
Develop short‑term and long‑term construction programmes and drive project milestones
Foster a positive site culture focused on collaboration, accountability and delivery excellence
What We're Looking For
7+ years' experience managing construction projects on site
Strong background across one or more sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, fit‑out or refurbishment
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site teams and project programmes
Excellent communication, leadership and decision‑making skills
Strong focus on quality, safety and project delivery
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple priorities
