Senior Project Civil Engineer
This role involves working within our client's design team, working on a range of projects and liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders. Main Responsibilities:
* Work on projects including Commercial, Retail, Hotel, Residential, Educational and Industrial.
* Carry out designs, inspections and planning applications.
* Act as liaison between design team and stakeholders of projects.
* Mentor junior staff.
* Production of Drainage/Utility/Service design including Stormwater Design, Foul Sewer System, Watermain Design, Bulk Earthworks & Levels, Lines/Sign and Traffic Calming (within residential developments) - DMURS compliance.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, especially the ability to translate designs into comprehensive drawing/information for construction. Experience in leading the civil engineering site development design and construction projects in (primarily residential projects ranging in scale from 50 to 500 units) is also required. Knowledge of the requirements of the Irish planning system especially with regards civil design is necessary. Certification Requirements:
* Engineers' Ireland membership with an ambition to achieve Chartered Engineers status is also required.
