Warehouse Operative Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team in Sligo on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, handling and storing products efficiently, and ensuring site security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing tasks as required, ensuring timely completion of orders.
* Conducting regular stock checks, including inventory management and stock control, to maintain accurate records.
* Checking incoming and outgoing goods, adhering to quality control standards.
* Maintaining a safe working environment by following Health and Safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in warehousing and stock control, with a valid forklift license.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with good physical fitness levels.
