Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and managing master schedules and forecasts to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements.
This involves ensuring that all purchase orders are accurately submitted to the buyer in a timely manner, preparing fully costed and resource-loaded schedules for review by senior management, and releasing work orders as per the weekly plan.
You will also be tasked with tracking progress against planned targets, producing regular reports, and issuing variance reports to inform recovery efforts.
Furthermore, you will work closely with on-site personnel to capture and log any issues affecting progress, attend internal site meetings with project managers, and utilize internal databases and online tracking systems for effective management.
In addition, you will be responsible for completing short- and medium-term capacity planning and revenue projections, and reporting weekly to the operations meeting and preparing management-level reports for the monthly management meeting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A relevant 3rd level degree or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of 2-3 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in a similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Effective communication skills.
