There is currently one permanent whole-time vacancy available in Dublin South West Community Nursing.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Addiction Services CHO 7, from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
Purpose of the Post
- To assist in supporting registered nurses (PHNs, CRGNS, CNS, and ANP) with developing clinical skills and competencies to fulfill their professional roles and responsibilities in an evolving health environment.
- To support the development of preceptorship skills among all nurses.
- To provide clinical support and induction to all registered nurses working within the PHN service.
- To support the implementation of the enhanced community care model and the associated specialist nursing posts.
- To ensure the delivery, in a future pandemic environment, of high-quality, safe, coordinated services to the population of the network, in accordance with legislative and service delivery frameworks and requirements, within the allocated resources.
- To collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate the integration of community healthcare services within the Network, responding to the needs of the population and the requirement to deliver services.
