Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress and provide updates.
* Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets, to facilitate effective decision-making.
* Ensure all health, safety, environment, and quality policies and procedures are correctly followed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the construction industry.
* Strong analytical skills and adept problem-solving abilities to navigate complex projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages and industry-specific software, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies.
