Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our store team and drive sales performance. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operations and sales performance of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including sales, staff management, customer experience, security, health and safety, stock management, and resource allocation
- Meet and exceed store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team in line with company policies and procedures
- Manage cash, wage costs, budgets, and systems administration as required
- Develop and implement effective Visual Merchandising strategies to engage and inspire customers
- Ensure the store maintains excellent health and safety standards
- Identify current and future customer requirements and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain consistent store standards that meet business audit requirements
- Hold keys to the store
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management, and leadership skills
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of fashion trends
- Experience in Visual Merchandising and store layout planning
