At Trump International Doonbeg, we're looking for an Accommodation Manager to join our team.
Main Purpose of Job:
* To ensure that all guest bedrooms, suites and public areas are serviced and cleaned to a five-star standard
* Directly manage the Housekeeping department and ensures strict compliance with hotels policies and processes
* Liaises with Front Office, Reservations, Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Accommodation Manager in Interviewing, selecting, training and supervising Accommodation staff to ensure the efficient operation of the department
2. Evaluate performance by monitoring consistency through regular inspections on quality standards.,
Responsible for finding solutions when problems occur when inspecting room service. The Guest Experience is what we strive towards 24/7. Inspect at least every morning rooms especially after housekeepers have done their rounds. Consistently look over housekeeper daily tasks. Ensuring guests feel valued goes beyond here ; Setting benchmarks helps achieve success; Conduct annual evaluations plus employee development planning on hotel wide basis too make sure information regarding training etc gets passed down from one management tier level throughout departments’ ,
