You'll shape end-to-end user experiences from concept through delivery, ensuring designs meet both regulatory requirements and real-world usability standards.What You'll DoLead UI design for complex embedded medical device interfaces.Apply user-centred design principles and usability best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple programmes.Mentor and guide a growing UXD team (currently 4 designers).Create and deliver UI specifications, wireframes, workflows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Axure and Figma.Experience7+ years in Interaction/UI/UX Design, ideally in medical devices or regulated industries.Experience with hardware and embedded products as well as digital platforms.Expertise in Axure and Figma, with strong portfolio of complex interface work.Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate closely with developers.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
