Responsible for leading and executing full-cycle Human Resources operations while driving process improvement, compliance excellence, and employee experience initiatives.
This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as a senior operational HR resource, partnering closely with managers and HR leadership to ensure effective delivery of people programs across the organization.
The role provides advanced support in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent processes, while contributing to organizational capability-building through strong operational execution.
Job Functions
Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and critical roles, partnering with hiring managers to define competencies, role scope, and selection strategies.
Drive improvements in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives, mentoring junior HR team members in recruitment best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters.
Conduct investigations, provide recommendations, and ensure appropriate documentation.
Represent the company in unemployment claims and administrative hearings; ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and proactively recommend policy updates.
Support and guide managers through the performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, development planning, corrective action).
Coach managers on feedback delivery, employee development, and performance improvement plans.
Independently manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding).
Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and centralization of HR systems and workflows.
Ensure data accuracy within HRIS and reporting systems.
Contribute to and, where appropriate, lead HR operational improvement projects.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs; support internal communications and rollout of HR programs and policy updates.
Develop creative solutions to enhance the overall employee experience.
Oversee the Company's global philanthropic program; planning events and making impactful monetary donations in various countries.
Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and standards.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business needs.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Working in an office environment; hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Job may include travel.
Key Skills
Minimum 7+ years of Human Resources working experience.
Demonstrated experience handling complex employee relations matters independently.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to manage HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Recruitment experience required; experience hiring for mid-to-senior level roles preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Strong written and verbal English skills (additional European language an absolute bonus)
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
High level of discretion and professional judgment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Self-directed with the ability to operate independently.
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
Ability to balance operational excellence with employee-centric thinking.
