Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Solutions Professional to support and empower our enterprise customers across the DACH region. As the key link between clients and internal teams, you will ensure smooth service delivery, resolve complex issues, and help customers get the most from our products.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer-first environment, enjoys solving problems, and can manage multiple stakeholders with confidence.
As the main point of contact for enterprise clients, you will manage service requests, account configuration, and escalations. You will also educate customers on product features and best practices, drive improvements in SLA performance, case resolution, and customer satisfaction.
You will coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Finance, and Risk teams to resolve high-impact issues and support compliance activities such as PCI DSS documentation and accurate record-keeping.
