Damp & Timber Surveyor
Role:
Your primary role will be to independently carry out damp, timber, and wall tie surveys, produce professional reports, carryout or assist with pricing, and oversee or assist project delivery.
Purpose:
To help the company achieve increased market share, maintain existing high levels of customer service through expert technical advice and support, and where required to assist senior surveyors in the delivery of larger heritage or commercial projects.
Minimum Qualifications
4 years experience in a technical construction role
Remuneration & Benefits
Full-time, permanent role.
Salary - £32,000 - £50,000 depending upon qualifications, range of experience, and proven abilities.
Annual bonuses after 6month probation period
Vehicle provided
31 days holidays per annum
