Clean and Organise Food Storage Areas
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency in our food storage areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Cleaning and organising food storage areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
* Washing pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
* Sanitising surfaces, floors, and walls according to established protocols.
* Assisting with basic food preparation when required, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
* A manual handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.
* HACCP/Food Safety Training or a willingness to undertake this training.
* Previous kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential.
* The ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively as part of a team.
