The Role
Due to an expanding project pipeline, our client is looking to add an Architectural Technologist to its ranks. You’ll be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and construction documentation across a variety of project sectors, from concept through to completion.
The role involves translating design concepts into coordinated technical packages, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and upholding the studio’s high standards of accuracy and presentation. Required Background
A relevant degree in Architectural Technology or similar
2+ years’ experience in the industry
Proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit is essential
Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations
Prior experience in residential, commercial, or educational sectors is highly beneficial.
Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
Must have excellent communication skills
Self-driven and willing to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic
