Ourclientisa well-establishedIT&Software companyinCo.Clare thatislookingto hire an Accounts Administrator ( part-time role ) Strong bookkeeping initiative is a must.Thisrolewillsuitsomeonewhocanworkontheirown,aswellasbeingateam player, an energetic individual with an emphasis on filing & accounting skills.
Successful candidate should be professional, mature and flexible.
Previous Experience Required:
 * EssentialexperienceinFinancial,CreditControl,Administration,Personal Assistance to MD.
 * Demonstrableexperienceingoodcompanyfinancepractise,includingbank reconciliations, creditor & debtor reconciliations, processing Customer & Supplier Invoices, and preparation of ROS/VAT tax returns
 * Experience managing emails and phone calls and handling queries
Key Responsibilities For The Role:
 * Bookkeeping Servicesforasmallteamofprofessionals.
 * Bank&CreditCardreconciliations.Conductregularbankreconciliations, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
 * CreditorsandDebtors.Supplier&CustomerInvoicing.
 * Email&Phone-Query Handling
 * Preparation VAT/VIES/PAYE&PRSI returns. Working knowledge of same a must.Maintainessentialpaperworkformonthly,bi-monthlycompanyreturns in consultation with Accountants
 * Filing&Management:Organizeandmaintainfilingsystemsmeticulously.
 * RCT/PSWT/ROSreturns.ROSOnlineExperience,Submissions,My Enquiries.
 * AssistOnlinePayrollfunctionandexperienceofonlinepayrollisan advantage
 * Strong awareness of data privacy, ensure integrity.
Requirements for This Role:
 * Excellenttimekeeping,punctualityandabilitytoadapttovaryingtasks
 * ProficientinBookkeeping&Financialstandardpractises.
 * AccountingQualificationisadistinctadvantage
 * WorkingknowledgeofManagementAccounts,P&L,Journals&General Ledgers is a plus
 * Mustbeproficientwiththefollowing:Sage,BrightPay&ROSportal
 * MSOfficeProficiencyisapre-requisite.Goodtypingskills.
 * Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role
