Job Overview
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our integrated management system.
This role involves ongoing improvement of our integrated management system in alignment with ISO standards, as well as other regulatory frameworks. You will take ownership of site safety, ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, and fostering a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and continuously improve the ISO Integrated Management System to ensure readiness for audits.
* Lead the preparation and coordination of external audits, including audit facilitation and liaison with regulatory agencies.
* Develop and deliver training programs relating to IMS, H&S, and environmental compliance.
* Maintain a register of Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
* 3rd level education in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering, Technical, or Quality.
* 5+ years experience managing compliance or quality systems.
* Proven experience in compliance, quality systems, or regulatory affairs.
* ISO qualification, such as audit certification.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
