Niall Keely & Associates is looking to recruit an experienced professionals with a construction related qualification and an excellent know of the building regulations.The successful candidate will be required to have good defect analysis skills.The role we are currently recruiting for will mainly involve the inspection of rented accommodation within the Cork City Area,. Inspections will take place 4 days per week with one day per week based in our office.The company does have project located throughout the country and travel to as well as overnight stays at other locations will be a requirement of the job from time to time.
