The role involves identifying and building relationships with new clients while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. Responsibilities include understanding clients' financial needs, promoting the company's financial services, creating tailored solutions, achieving sales targets, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. Success in this role requires dedication to understanding client goals and providing high-quality financial solutions aligned with their needs.QualificationsProven sales skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and achieving sales targetsBasic knowledge of investments, pensions, life assurance, and financial planningStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasksProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office toolsSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environmentIndustry-relevant qualifications or certifications, as required by the Central Bank of Ireland, are beneficialExperience in financial services sales or advisory roles is an advantage
