Maintenance Supervisor FMCG Manufacturing (Co.Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.Monaghan) The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a leading FMCG facility in Co.Monaghan.You will lead a frontline technical team to ensure maximum uptime and safety across high-speed production and packaging lines.Core Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage a multi-skilled team of technicians, including rotas and performance.Operational Reliability: Lead rapid responses to equipment breakdowns on high-speed machinery.PPM & Assets: Oversee the preventative maintenance schedule and use OEE data to drive long-term reliability.Contractors: Coordinate external service engineers during major overhauls or installations.Compliance: Ensure all activities meet HACCP/BRC hygiene standards and site safety regulations.Candidate Profile Qualification: Trade Qualification (Electrical/Mechanical) or a Level 7 Engineering degree.Experience: 5+ years in a maintenance role within FMCG, Food, or Pharma, with supervisory experience.Technical Skills: Multi-skilled troubleshooting ability and familiarity with PLC-controlled systems.Attributes: Strong decision-making skills under pressure and excellent communication.Compensation Salary Range: €55,000 €65,000 per annum.Benefits: Bonus, pension, health insurance, and professional development.Location: County Monaghan, Ireland.
