Our client, a medium-sized accounting practice in Cork, is seeking a Part-Qualified Accountant to join their growing team.Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.This role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of clients and industries, with strong opportunities for career development in a supportive and professional environment.Responsibilities Prepare financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and companies.Assist with tax compliance including VAT, PAYE, and income/corporation tax returns.Support bookkeeping, management accounts, and audit assignments.Liaise with clients to gather information and meet deadlines.Contribute to the smooth running of the practice.Build technical knowledge through exams and on-the-job learning.Requirements Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA).2+ years practice experience.Strong Excel skills; experience with Sage, Quick Books, or similar is an advantage.Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisation.Proactive and eager to learn in a busy practice.Eligible to work in Ireland.Salary & Benefits €35,000 €40,000 DOE.Full exam support (study leave, bonuses, training).Annual reviews and performance-based bonuses.CPD opportunities and clear career progression.Hybrid working and strong work-life balance.Friendly, collaborative team culture.
