The Role Manage and grow key client relationships, acting as the main commercial contact.
Lead and develop 2 Key Account Managers.
Drive sales growth, deliver forecasts, and manage Distributor P&L.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional plans.
Collaborate across sales, supply chain, finance, and marketing.
You'll Bring Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and relationship skills.
Leadership ability with team management experience.
Analytical and forecasting skills (Excel, Power BI).
Energetic, can-do attitude with a full clean driver's licence.
