A busy medical clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Secretary & Office Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day running of the practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and courteous manner.
* Managing and scheduling patient appointments.
* Maintaining and coordinating the Consultant's diary.
* Processing invoices, payments, and handling billing queries.
* Completing and submitting insurance forms accurately and promptly.
* Using office software to manage patient data, correspondence, and clinic records.
* Providing general secretarial and administrative support to the Consultant and wider clinical team.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Previous experience in a medical administrative or secretarial role is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in standard office software and practice management systems.
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a supportive team.
* Flexibility with working hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €25,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
