Job Title: Ai Engineer Data Scientist for Innovative Solutions
The Role:

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy solutions including advanced algorithms, generative models, and autonomous systems to solve complex challenges and enhance customer experiences.
* Build scalable, reliable pipelines and infrastructure in partnership with engineering and analytics teams.
* Automate end-to-end workflows: model training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring to ensure robustness and performance.
* Translate ambiguous problems into innovative solutions leveraging the latest research and technologies.
* Stay at the forefront of advancements—experiment with emerging models, reinforcement learning, and agentic frameworks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align capabilities with strategic goals and deliver actionable insights.
* Ensure all initiatives comply with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
* Mentor junior members, fostering a culture of innovation, best practices, and continuous learning.
* Contribute to evolving methodologies, tooling, and infrastructure to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
* 3+ years' experience in data science, machine learning engineering roles.
* Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake) and their AI/ML services.
* Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale data warehouses.
* Familiarity with MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
* Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* Experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) and agentic systems (e.g., conversational agents, autonomous systems).
