We are currently recruiting a Senior Greenkeeper to join our excellent team at Carton House.
We are looking for an individual with experience in irrigation, spraying, and general green keeping. This is a very exciting opportunity with great terms, further training and an opportunity to further your career.
Responsibilities
Work alongside Trainee Greenkeepers, Assistant Greenkeepers and management to ensure the Golf Course is prepared for members and guests.
Assist in turf maintenance including mowing, irrigating and control of pests on the greens.
General golf course set up procedures.
Bunker raking, edging and repairing divots on a daily basis.
All Mower and Equipment operation.
Golf Knowledge Set up.
Requirements
Minimum 2 Years Experience working on a golf course.
PA 1,2,6, Spraying Certs.
Hold a current Driver's Licence.
Cultural and chemical Knowledge for fine turf Maintenance.
Machinery, Irrigation, Chemical, Fertilizer knowledge.
A minimum of a Level 6 Greenkeeping Qualification.
A commitment to hard work.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative.
