Established law firm seeks experienced Banking and Finance Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join our dynamic team. We are a leading full service commercial law firm based in Dublin, with a rich heritage of over 220 years.
* Drafting and negotiating financing documents;
* Managing lending transactions in conjunction with the partner team;
* Providing company law advice;
* Reviewing contracts;
* A willingness to attend networking events when required; and
* Other ad-hoc work as required within the team.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years qualified experience, with a strong track record in relevant areas. They should be highly motivated, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
