UX Architect Initial 12-month contract Hybrid working out of Cherrywood (Dublin) Up to €600 per day Sanderson are working exclusively with a leading financial services client based out of Dublin who are looking for a UX Architect to join thme on a Risk Product programme. Role We are seeking an experienced UX Architect to join the Corporate Solutions Programme on a 12-month contract. This programme is focused on transforming corporate life assurance and pensions offerings through digital innovation and customer-centric design. The UX Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences across multiple digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Role Responsibilities: UX Strategy & Architecture Define and drive the UX vision and strategy for the Corporate Solutions Programme. Develop user experience frameworks, design systems, and interaction models that support scalable and consistent design across products. User Research & Insights Conduct and analyse user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Translate insights into actionable design recommendations and user journey maps. Information Architecture Design intuitive navigation structures, content hierarchies, and workflows to optimise user engagement and task completion. Ensure accessibility and compliance with UX best practices and standards. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and UI Designers to ensure seamless integration of UX into the development lifecycle. Advocate for user-centred design across the programme and mentor team members on UX principles. Prototyping & Validation Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models using tools such as Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD. Validate design concepts through iterative testing and stakeholder feedback. Governance & Standards Establish and maintain UX design standards, guidelines, and governance processes. Ensure consistency across products and adherence to brand and accessibility requirements. Skills Required Proven experience as a UX Architect or Senior UX Designer in large-scale digital transformation programmes. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX strategy, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience with Figma is essential for the role. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, or related field. Experience in financial services, insurance, or pensions is a strong advantage. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and responsive design principles.
