Sanderson is seeking a skilled Branch Operations Manager to lead the Mullingar Office on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage branch operations to promote a comprehensive insurance offering in Retail and Commercial lines.
* Drive branch profitability through a strong local market presence and community engagement.
* Maximise resource utilisation, footfall, inbound/outbound telephony and fulfilment activities.
* Champion customer-centric convenience, simplification and self-service approaches.
* Engage customers with tailored omni-channel communication aligned to customer profiles.
* Build trusted relationships through proactive business community affinity engagement.
* Manage staff performance and HR policies to foster a high-performing retail team.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory legislative governance requirements, cash handling and expense procedures.
Qualifications & Experience: MCC Qualified, Personal Commercial General Insurance experience, 5 years similar role financial services, proven team management skills, Full clean driving licence, Proficient Microsoft Office, Strong understanding of performance management, branch operations and Excellent knowledge of insurance products, compliance and health & safety procedures.
