This top tier global Real Estate organisation in Dublin 2 is seeking an experienced and detail-orientedPayroll & Benefits Managerto join their finance team About the RoleAs a key member of the Finance team, you will have full ownership of payroll operations (500 monthly employees) across six legal entities, along with responsibility for the administration and continuous improvement of staff benefits. This is a standalone, hands-on role where your expertise in compliance, accuracy, and process optimisation will make a direct impact. Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll for ROI and NI entities, including commissions and bonuses Ensure Revenue and HMRC compliance; manage all statutory filings Prepare payroll bank files and manage payments for salaries and deductions Oversee benefits including pensions, life assurance, and professional subscriptions Reconcile payroll transactions to the general ledger Process staff expenses and company credit card transactions Prepare statutory and internal payroll reports (e.g. P11Ds, CEO pay ratio, gender pay gap) Manage relationships with benefit providers and oversee annual scheme renewals Maintain payroll documentation and controls in line with UK SOX or similar standards Advise on legislation and best practice for pay, pensions, and benefits Mentor and support finance team colleagues on payroll-related systems and processes What Were Looking For 5+ years' experience managing payroll and benefits in ROI and NI IPASS qualified; third-level qualification in Finance, Business or HR desirable In-depth understanding of Revenue and HMRC requirements Strong experience with payroll software (e.g. Sage, IRIS, Earnie) and Microsoft Excel Exposure to ERP systems and expense platforms like Concur is a plus Familiarity with audit processes and internal control frameworks (e.g. SOX) High attention to detail, strong numeracy, and excellent problem-solving ability Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Discreet and professional with sensitive employee and company data What's on Offer A pivotal role in a highly respected, prestigious real estate organisation Autonomy and ownership within a collaborative and high-performing finance team Anexcellent salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits package Office located in centralDublin 2, with premium facilities and amenities Hybrid work model available after the initial training and onboarding period To apply, please submit your CV via the web link provided.
