Senior Operations Manager for Central Kitchen
A leading food production organization seeks a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to drive the strategic direction of its core kitchen operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience managing large-scale kitchen operations and possess strong leadership skills. You must also be able to analyze complex business data, make informed decisions and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate operational performance of central kitchen facilities;
* Determine areas for improvement and develop implementation plans;
You should hold a degree in Food Science, Business Administration or equivalent field. In addition to your academic background, it is essential that you have relevant industry experience gained through progressively senior roles such as Production Manager or similar position with at least five years' proven track record working within a team-based environment.
