This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across bothstrategic HR projectsandhands-on people support, helping to shape culture, build capability, and deliver real impact.
What Youll Do Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that drive growth.
Lead initiatives intalent management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
Provide coaching and guidance to people managers on performance and employee relations.
Support recruitment and succession planning.
Deliver HR insights and reporting to senior leadership.
Champion projects that enhance employee experience and organisational capability.
What Were Looking For 5+ years HR experiencewith a proven track record as a Business Partner.
Strong knowledge oftalent development, engagement, and HR project delivery.
Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, collaborative, and people-focused.
Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
