Acting as a primary liaison between the Finance team and third-party service providers this role plays a crucial part in collaborating with both the Finance and IT departments to ensure smooth daily operations and support key projects that drive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in global Financial Systems projects, including system enhancements and upgrades
* Deliver training sessions on financial processes and application functionalities
* Support and coordinate testing activities to ensure system reliability
* Collaborate with the Finance team to analyze and improve workflows and processes through technological solutions across all financial applications
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting financial systems
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
* Solid understanding of finance and accounting practices, especially corporate month-end and consolidation processes
* Familiarity with accounting principles and business planning
* Experience with SAP Concur is essential
* Experience with GTreasury or other Treasury Management Systems is a plus
* Experience with Oracle Fusion is desirable
