Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to support our maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Tasks
o Provide administrative support to the head of buildings/maintenance department, including preparing authorisation forms (POs & GRNs) for approval.
o Organise training requirements within the department.
o Assist on department projects and basic bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a construction background, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Package is also essential.
Contract Details:
* 10-month contract.
* Full-time position.
