What You'll Be Doing
* Manage Project Documentation:
Organize, update, and maintain all project records to ensure seamless access and traceability.
* Ensure Accuracy & Compliance:
Implement version control and ensure documentation protocols are followed throughout.
* Team Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to keep documentation aligned and current.
* Support Quality & Audits:
Ensure all records meet regulatory and audit standards.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Document Controller, ideally with a Tier 1 main contractor.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a strong organizational mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Aconex).
* Adaptability in fast-paced environments and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with cross-functional teams.
* You must have the right to work in Ireland.
