CRM Delivery & Installation Driver
(Reporting to: Transport Manager)
The commercial realities of modern business mean that job roles must be highly flexible and will require continuous change and adaptation. Your role will continuously evolve, and you will be required to do additional tasks, work in new ways in order to assist in the development and sustainability of the business needs. Management will limit change in order that you have clear focus on your role and objectives but the requirement for change, flexibility and continuous improvement is a necessary part of all our roles in the organization.
Main Duties:
· To ensure all product is delivered in an efficient and safe manner to both nursing homes and individual customers.
· To ensure the assembly of any equipment is done correctly and left in a safe manner.
· To ensure that all deliveries, installations and collections are completed without delay
· To ensure you take care of the equipment whilst it is been delivered, installed or collected
· To ensure all customers complaints and requests are dealt with immediately.
· To ensure any customer issues are reported immediately back to the transport manager/sales office.
· To ensure that POD's are signed and returned to the warehouse.
· To ensure that you van is kept clean inside and out at all times.
· To ensure any damage to your vehicle or a 3rd parties' vehicle is reported immediately to the Fleet Supervisor.
· To ensure that our processes and procedures are followed at all times.
· To perform additional ad hoc tasks as required by the Company. The duties listed are not exhaustive.
Experience:
2 years driving experience necessary
A full clean license is necessary
Experience with Barcode systems essential
Ability to build/take apart flat pack equipment in a safe manager
Skills:
Must have good social skills as you will be dealing with members of the public
The ability to work under pressure
The ability to ensure the work is done in the most efficient way
Qualifications:
Leaving cert
