Job Title: Assembly Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform tasks associated with wafer production, including operations, equipment maintenance, and process management.
* Maintain and repair equipment, troubleshoot defects, and perform other duties as required to support our factory objectives.
* Work from technical manuals, specifications, drawings, schematics, written, and verbal instructions using various tools, test equipment, problem-solving techniques, and communication.
Requirements:
* National Framework Qualification (NFQ) L6/L7 qualification in a technical discipline.
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical/semiconductor/pharmaceutical/biomedical/medical device manufacturing or equivalent experience performing hands-on preventative, corrective maintenance in a highly regulated environment.
Prior Experience:
* Experience in performing hands-on preventative, corrective maintenance on Semiconductor equipment.
* Demonstrated skills to influence the content and creation of new specs, procedures, and business processes related to equipment maintenance.
* Knowledge of process control systems.
* Experience in troubleshooting using schematics and complex drawings/diagrams.
* Ability to work well in a diverse team environment, multitask, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
This role requires strong analytical problem-solving skills, the ability to produce results in a timely manner, and a commitment to travel on assignment for varying durations depending on business needs.
This role is based on a monthly rotating shift pattern.
