Job Title: Office Administrator
We are working with a reputable Civil Engineering Company in Omagh, who have been around for over 50 years, and are currently recruiting for a receptionist / office administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as first point of contact for the company
* Completing the weekly timesheets for payroll
* Answering calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
* Maintaining the company calendar
* Placing orders and monitoring stock supplies
* Book travel and accommodation
* Photocopying, scanning and filing
* General administration
Requirements:
* Phone etiquette
* Organisational skills
* Microsoft Word proficiency
* 2 years administrative experience
* Driving license
