We are seeking a Financial Services Analyst to join our Client Account Management team.
Job Description
This role will be responsible for managing client accounts, interacting with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program, and executing the timely processing of operational transactions.
The successful candidate will work closely with various teams across our operational and IT departments, playing a key role in innovating team processes.
* Manage a portfolio of Companies administering employee share plans within a team framework
* Interact with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills, and excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
You will also need to demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active, and the ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines.
