Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist:
* Deliver a range of spa treatments including facials, massages, body treatments, and more.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and treatment protocols.
* Provide expert advice on skincare and wellness products.
As a receptionist:
* Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage bookings, phone calls, and emails efficiently.
* Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
* Support the smooth day-to-day running of the spa.
Hours of Work
You will be contracted to work on a flexible basis. You will be required to work weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.

* Excellent communication skills
* Friendly, caring, outgoing personality
* Willing to work as part of a team
* Motivated and able to work on your own initiative to achieve customer service goals
* Have a true passion for the Spa industry
* Work to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
* Confidence in dealing with guest enquiries
* Therapist experience & ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO qualification
* Fluent English
* Punctual, self-organised and motivated

* Previous experience in a similar role or customer service background
