Responsibilities include:
* Managing the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration
* Employee relations, managing cases such as disciplinaries and grievances
* Compliance with employment law, updating policies
* Overseeing mandatory training
* Managing absence effectively
* Supporting learning and development
Requirements are:
* Strong Senior Generalist/HRBP or managerial experience
* CIPD fully qualified
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong business acumen
* Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
