Service Delivery Manager
Permanent, Full Time, 35 hours per week, for its Waterford office
North Munster MABS is seeking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager. The Service Delivery Manager is fully responsible and accountable for the delivery of a timely, efficient and effective high quality Money Advice and Budgeting Service to clients in their designated area.
- This is a permanent position subject to completion of a probationary period.
- Full Time Salary Scale: €48,631 to €66,890 (including 2 long service increments), pro-rata for part time staff.
- Incremental Credit: It is expected that all new entrants to North Munster MABS will be appointed at point one of the salary scale. North Munster MABS operates an incremental credit process for appointments higher than point one. Incremental credit criteria, based on the competencies for the role, are assessed against employment history as laid out in the application form only. A request for incremental credit from a successful candidate must be made within the first 3 months of employment. The decision on whether to award an incremental credit or not is a decision made by the Board and is subject to the availability of funding.
- Annual Leave: 29 - 31 days (following 5 years' continuous service), pro rata for part.
- Pension: There is a pension scheme in place where 5% is contributed by the employee and 7% by the employer. Membership of the pension scheme is mandatory.
- A panel may be formed of qualified candidates from which permanent, full-time Service Delivery Manager posts which arise within the next twelve months will be filled should vacancies arise in this period. Posts will be located in the North Munster MABS region.
