Job Description
This position is responsible for partnering with suppliers to leverage their quality in order to improve our customer experience and to ensure compliance with current regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform supplier audits and reports, including follow‑up on CAPAs resulting from audits.
Manage and follow up on supplier complaints with authority to quarantine and reject defective raw material.
Keep the quality document system and the approved supplier list up to date.
Identify key raw material parameters that can lead to bad quality and propose solutions.
Maintain relationships with key suppliers through regular review meetings and promote quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory guidelines such as ISO 13485; auditor accreditation is an advantage.
Strong technical background or experience in an industrial environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Analytical and organizational skills with a working knowledge of basic statistics and problem‑solving.
Attention to detail and willingness and ability to travel up to 5%.
