Responsibilities:
* Manage high-volume monthly payroll processing across multiple EMEA locations
* Ensure all payroll inputs are accurate and completed on time
* Monitor and investigate discrepancies in payroll alerts promptly
* Reconcile payments to third parties
* Address internal and external stakeholder queries efficiently
* Provide information and answer employee questions about payroll matters
* Prepare and issue earnings statements
* Coordinate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data
* Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a client-facing, fast-paced environment dealing with stakeholders, business partners, and employees.
* Irish and UK payroll experience required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
