The 5* College Green Hotel Dublin (part of the MHL Hotel Collection and Marriott International) is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Maintenance Team. The Role As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Manager and the team in the day to day upkeep of our hotel. Youll help ensure that all facilities, systems and equipment are maintained, serviced, and repaired promptly, allowing all departments to operate without interruption. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests from all departments. Assist with planned preventative maintenance and refurbishment projects. Carry out general repairs Ensure guest rooms and public areas are ready for use by coordinating with Housekeeping and Front Office. Identify and report defects, taking immediate action where necessary. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager monitor contractor performance and quality of work. Help maintain safe working conditions and comply with all Health & Safety regulations. Support energy-saving and environmental initiatives across the property.
