Health and Safety Specialist
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving a robust safety culture across a complex industrial site.
* Promote and oversee the implementation of best practices in occupational health and safety to ensure a safe working environment.
* Monitor compliance through regular audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
* Collaborate with management to develop strategies that minimize risks and maintain a high level of workplace safety.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, hold a recognized Health and Safety qualification or diploma, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar H&S management role within manufacturing, quarrying, or heavy industry.
