Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our global team. This hybrid role involves leading HR operations across multiple regions, including Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in payroll processes, employment law, and talent acquisition/retention strategies. They will also possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build trust and influence at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee HR operations, including payroll management and employee lifecycle processes.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation across operating regions.
* Lead performance management initiatives, employee engagement, and culture programs.
* Collaborate with managers to identify and address key drivers of absenteeism, turnover, and performance issues.
* Support talent acquisition and retention efforts, leveraging recruitment and onboarding best practices.
* Maintain and optimize HR systems and processes, with a focus on operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
* Provide strategic HR advice and support to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in a senior HR role, preferably with international exposure.
* Proven track record in payroll management, employment law, and talent acquisition/retention strategies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
