About the jobExecutive Consultant: Quality & Regulatory - Pharma, Med Device & Biotech. Perm / Contract.Role PurposeYou will provide project solutions to clients, researching and interpreting drawings, regulations, standards, client specifications and other documentation, to design and deliver product and service of the highest standard of quality and safety, on budget and on time, building and strengthening relationships with clients to drive the business.Promote excellent safety culture on all projects.Build client relationships to drive the business, working closely with clients to design and agree product and service solutions of the highest quality, on time and on budget.Research and interpret Standards, Regulations, and other documentation, applying the learnings gained to provide project solutions to clients.Complete site visits, carrying out measure-ups, meeting with client representatives to obtain full understanding of project requirements.Complete customer drawings, specifications, flue calculations and other project requirements.Communicate effectively and support other members of the team and those in other departments, providing training and development, to achieve desired outcomes on quality, safety, delivery and installation.Provide the company’s industry recognised technical support and backup service on all projects ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project to build client relationships to grow and drive the business.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new technologies and business procedures as needed.Work with the Operations team, providing support to its processes, machinery, and personnel, ensuring products are fit for purpose, meet quality standards, and are produced to scheduled delivery dates, and costs.Skills and CompetenciesTechnical:Proficient in using design software such as Solidworks/Draftsight/Revit/BIM to produce drawings and specifications for the construction industry.Experience interpreting and understanding appropriate Standards and Regulations.Knowledge of Building RegulationsProven ability to drive process improvements.Proficiency in the use of computer systems, particularly MS Office SuiteInterpersonal:Confident and effective communicator / Client facing skills / Strong negotiatorCreativity and innovationAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.Time management – able to work to and meet required deadlines.Strong planning and organisational skills.Business Skills:Ability to manage meetings ensuring agreed actions are put in place to achieve outcomesAbility to communicate at all levels within the organisation and to other stakeholders.Ability to achieve targets and deadlines.Strong planning, organisational and presentation skillsPersonal:Decisive and confident in your ability to deliver.High achiever.Problem Solver – identifies innovative solutions.Responsible – own your actions and those of your team.Autonomous - ability to work without close supervision.Ability to work under pressure and multitask.Full clean driving licenceSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing
